Saw that. Laughable. They can rank him #11. Here's a list of the players I'd trade him for:

Lulz.

That's the same list that had Kuhn inexplicably in the Top 100 a couple years ago. I'm one of the bigger Kuhn advocates on this board, and even I thought it was laughable.

I believe Pack keeps 4 TE total. 3rd round pick Rodgers is a lock. If Bostick continues to improve he may start. With Ryan Taylor showing modest receiving skills as well as blocking to go with his exceptional ST play its likely he makes the squad. If Lyeria gets it together he will stick and Quarless is cut.

No chance Quarless is cut.

Andy Dalton best player imo.

The Green Bay Packers continue to mine for secondary help.

Former Jets, Bills and Broncos safety Jim Leonhard confirmed Friday that he's chatted with the team about a possible new gig.

"It would mean a lot, but we've had a lot of conversations with teams, Green Bay being one of them," Leonhard told WQOW-TV. "They're a great organization. I'd love to play for them but it hasn't worked out up to now. You never know what can happen in the future, but we'll see."

Leonhard, 31, capped his 10th season in the NFL last year with a career-high four interceptions over 16 starts as a member of the Buffalo Bills. A longtime favorite of Jets coach Rex Ryan, the veteran safety is widely regarded as an intelligent cover man who makes up for his lack of size and speed with outstanding decision-making.

We expected Ryan or Cleveland's Mike Pettine -- who coached Leonhard in New York and Buffalo -- to come calling before anyone else. The Packers, though, aren't done scanning for depth behind top safeties Morgan Burnett, Micah Hyde and rookie Ha Ha Clinton-Dix.

Also a help on special teams, Leonhard is on record saying that 2014 would mark his final season at the pro level. Green Bay would give him as good a chance as any to cap his career with a shot at the Super Bowl.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Give him a cheap one year deal, if nothing else it helps our depth.

Please bring him in.

I've loved watching him play his entire career (especially at Wisconsin)

Would make me feel good to have him just for depth purposes.

Interesting he hired the Packers corporate lawyer But I suppose that's for the initial appearance, then he'll hire a divorce lawyer. I don't know anything about his marriage or why it's ending but my final divorce date was so damn sweet :)

Didn't Finley have a kid with a different baby mama last spring?

Risdon just posted his season preview for the Packers. Basically he calls the under on our total wins (10.5) a good bet. I realize I'm a bit of a "Packer Homer," but outside of Rodgers getting hurt again, I think this is an 11+ win team this year EASY.

This team was ROLLING before Rodgers went down last year, and we still managed 8 wins and a tie. After that - literally everything that could go did - yet the only game we weren't in at the end was the Thanksgiving day game in DET. Check it out:

-Matthews getting hurt
-our safeties forgetting how to play football
-every LB but Hawk out for the season or extended periods of time
-losing your starting LT for the year
-Finley / Franklin / Cobb missing many multiple of games
-Raji not even trying in a contract year
-Actually starting Wallace / Tolzien for 3 games before Flynn

Offensively, we're going to put up a ton of points. Easily top 5, maybe even the top offense in the league.

Defensively, I realize we were awful last year, but once again, I cannot see EVERYTHING going wrong again this year. At the very least, you could say we've made more than just some, "minor" upgrades (Dix / Hyde @ Safety, Peppers rushing the passer, everyone coming back healthy).

I'll also argue that our terrible QB play while Rodgers was out was a big reason our D struggled last year. How many times did our D actually make stops, only to have to run back out on the field 5 minutes later because of a quick 3 and out? Plus all the terrible TO's on our own side of the field - it was unreal.

I've got $100 on GB to win the Super Bowl at 12-1. I think a good bet to follow that up with is the over for the total wins....

I would bet the over on 10.5 on any team in the NFL if you put Aaron Rodgers on their roster. If he stays healthy for 16 games, it's almost a lock right now. Top 5-10 QB ever in his prime.

I see a few problem games on our schedule. Obviously Seattle and New Orleans on the road. We could win those but you can't expect us to and we'll likely be underdogs in both games.

Carolina could be a problem with their defense and us having a tough time containing Newton. Perhaps the Eagles and keeping Shady from going crazy on our defense but we should be able to score on them and it's at home. New England too but that's at home as well.
