Re: #176 - Abbrederis!!
Abbrederis is very impressive with his body control and his ability to go after the ball without using his hands to give up his positioning to cornerbacks. The film of the CB out of Ohio State was littered with Abbrederis abusing him deep with his ball skills. Love this pick.

So essentially we just traded Erik Walden for Jared Abbrederis? That's good hustle!!!

Abby had this remarkable ability to be wide open 90% of the time. If Wisconsin had a decent QB he would have put up huge numbers (and no concussions).

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

I love this pick. The only thing that concerns me is the concussions.
I was telling a friend of mine it would be sweet if we took him with one of our 5ths. I think he should have been a 3rd-4th guy.

He is a great quality at this point. Unfortunately he is going to have to battle for the last WR spot on our roster. Dorsey is still around from last year, and it is going to be hard to break into Nelson, Cobb, Boykin, Adams.

He is a return guy, will give him a leg up

I was going to say the same thing. Plus, I'm not high at all on guys like Dorsey, White, or any of the other back end guys. Boykin had shown flashes of very good hands and good athleticism running after the catch in TC the previous season. None of the other guys we have have shown anything (other than White's inability to get open or do anything except get immediately tackled after the catch).
Gotta love Abbrederis working Roby so bad he needed to grab and hold him as the game progressed.

Man watching some of these throws that Abbrederis had to deal with is absolutely brutal.

This could be a shrewd pick if he avoids the concussions.

I love this pick just for the fact that it may very well keep Cobb on the sidelines during kick and punt returns. No need to get our slot receiver banged up unnecessarily. Plus Abbrederis has shown that he can return kicks and punts with the best of them in college.

Just popping in to say, Stave is flat out terrible.
Thankfully he wasn't a GA recruit so one of Houston, McAvoy, gillins shouldn't need to do much to beat him out this year.

I really think Borland will make people regret passing on him, especially after learning from Willis and Bowman, but getting Bradford eased the pain a little bit. He needs to learn how to play in space but he is so damn disruptive
