It's fine today because we're up huge but not a fan of this playing both QBs thing. Just roll with Stave.

It's not like he's shown some dynamic running ability to justify developing him. He's just bad

Awful direction by BTN. Not a single full student section shot of the Jump Around.

It's like they never saw jump around and they directed the cameramen to focus on full stadium shots without knowing that it's pretty much just the students that jump.

Yes, but unfortunately scoring td's on the ground with McEvoy in during garbage time means Gare is sticking with this system. The team and ALL its players would be vastly better off with Stave quarterbacking and McEvoy being a deep threat for him. But Gare and Mac are deluded.

If Stave started from the beginning, we'd probably be undefeated. Sad.

I don't necessarily hate using McEvoy for a series or two a game if this is how they're gonna do it, but yeah, pulling out one or both of those losses would have been awesome. I think they probably could have beaten both of those teams had they simply just let McEvoy use his feet and not tried to make him a pocket passer, but I still prefer Stave just a bit.

I don't mind using McEvoy here and there either, but only if they use him to his strengths. The guy is a fabulous runner if he gets any sort of crease. The thing is though, if he's in there and it gets into say a 3rd and 7 or longer in a game not over already, i'd prefer bringing in Stave for that play.

A win against LSU would look really good right now.
