Yes, I guess that is all he can get. They did a part today asking who was their favorite interview and couldn't even come up with a name better than Eric Davis.

Eric Davis really?

I've realized recently that I have absolutely no memory of Super Bowl XLVI. When the last time the Pats were in the Super Bowl I immediately remember the helmet catch game and Burress getting the last mind TD. People have said how Eli and the Giants have spoiled the Pats chances for a 4th (right?) ring twice and I have no idea what they're talking about. I just now had to look up that season and oh yea, 15-1 and getting bludgeoned in the playoffs. I'd completely blocked it out.

It kills me every time I see coverage of the SB on ESPN. I just think "that should be us!"

Agreed!

I can watch as long as they aren't talking about or showing highlights from the NFC Championship. I will watch the game, but think the entire time, "that should be us!"

Not Super Bowl related, but good read from Josh Gordon - https://medium.com/the-cauldron/an-open-letter-to-charles-barkley-co-cb5c4e64cf3

I love the players should get paid talk in the NCAa by Sherman and Bennett. They make it sound so simple, but I will love the debate on how money should be distributed. If we are under the impression the players draw the fans and not the schools, 99% or the revenue should go to a select few. Every time manziel has a jersey sold, should he just get money or the 20 offensive lineman that no one could name yet sacrificed for him?

What's worse is, 85% of the fans there are Seahawks fans.

Anyone associated with the Packers from fans to players should be pulling hard for the Patriots tonight.

The NFC Championship game might get ''Ice Bowl'' status and lore if the Seahawks win and it will put the MM/Rodgers' Packers on the wrong side of history.Patriots win and it goes down as just a ''pretty cool game'' and it's probably not getting hour long documentaries 20 years from now.

Worst case scenario the way I see it for Rodgers and the Packer's legacy is if the Seahawks win tonight and the MM/Rodgers era Packers don't win another Super Bowl.

Go Patriots.

I was going to watch but I turned on the TV and it felt way too gross to see Seattle out there. Can't take it.

I don't know if I'm bitter, but I am rooting for the Patriots to blow out the Seahawks in embarrassing fashion.

I can understand your point of view but to me personally it will be harder for me to watch the Packers take the field week 1 than seeing the Seahawks take the field today.

I feel bad for my fellow Packer fans and it does suck the Packers aren't playing tonight but I don't feel a bit sorry for the Packers, they don't deserve to be out there tonight.

It will be harder for you to watch the Packers play 7 months from now than it is to see the team that beat you/benefitted from an epic collapse play in the Super Bowl two weeks after the fact? That seems odd.

I'm pretty over the loss two weeks ago, I've experienced too many tough losses as a sports fan but I either want OT for history sake or Seattle to win in some awful fashion.

Well, it took exactly one drive for the officials to miss a clear cut roughing the kicker on Seattle. Should've been 15 yards and a 1st down near midfield for the Pats.
