Rivers v Pittsburgh or Dalton v Seattle. Going Rivers currently, but I've liked Dalton so far this year.

Same thing happened to me.
The guy who picked up the HOU defense, dropped G.B. I am going to the game on Sunday so I will pick up the Packers defense just for fun. Plus I love using people's dropped players against them whenever possible.

I don't like this trade at all. I like your 2nd one much better.

Looking to get rid of the Lynch headache...scanning through the league, I came up with one plausible trade.
Lynch/Rawls for DMurray/Lamar Miller
Thoughts? Am I just swapping headaches?
Edit: I do have Ryan Matthews

Kinda depends here. While Brown is out, he got 4 players that are productive or are expected to be productive very soon (not a huge fan of Ellington's current value, but he could be productive).
On the other hand, I don't like the current status of the 4 he dealt away. Of course Brown is going to be the #2 or #3 WR in all of fantasy when Ben returns, Matthews is a bit of an all-or-nothing guy right now, Morris' arrow is pointing downwards, and Rawls probably won't have a ton of value other than a decent handcuff.
Point being, if you're 1-3, you want to cobble together some wins. Big Ben coming back to help Antonio Brown isn't going to do him much good when he's 2-5 upon Big Ben's return.

Kind of a no brainer in terms of risk;
Do you want to trust Andy Dalton and their good running game playing against a top defense or Rivers and their not so good running game playing against a poor defense in Pit?
I'd wager they have about the same ceiling but one comes with substantially less risk in my opinion.

Ugh....that's a tough one. Lots of under performers but at least I guess it gives you three chances at production instead of 1;
Mathews gets hurt Demarco gets a bigger work load
Demarco gets hurt and Mathews is a feature back
Lamar Miller gets a heavy dose under the new coach
vs
Lynch gets healthy and transcends their horrible offensive line

I am loving Chris Thompson this week, but can't justify starting him over Carlos Hyde or Joe Randle.
ATL should be up early and often in that game and I can easily see Thompson getting the snaps this week.

Need a second Rd with AP on a bye. Morris, Ellington, Rawls, or Blount. Could probably pick up Thompson but seems like a risky play and don't know who I would drop. Going with Rawls right know only one I know will get a good bulk of carries with Lynch out.
Also need three wide outs Fitz, Beckham, Keenan Allen, or Maclin. Have Maclin benched now but I love his match up.
Thinking of starting Bradford over Ryan this week. Am I crazy?
Any input helps appreciate it guys.

I don't pretend to be in belichek' head, but I'd go Blount. That offense will score points and he'll vulture touch downs.
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

Re: 2015 Fantasy Football Thread
This is a new level of stupidity.
The commish of my league drafted Carlos Hyde one spot before me. This past Sunday I offered him Karlos Williams/CJ Anderson/Ronnie Hillman for Carlos Hyde and two of his scrubs.
He declined.
Then countered with Hyde/Tevin Coleman for Hillman/Karlos Williams
I accepted happily.
Today he cut Karlos Williams and I have the #1 waiver priority.
If he wanted Hillman that badly I would have done Hillman for Hyde straight up, no problem.

I really think Blount could have one of those 3 TD weeks. I expect NE to absolutely crush Dallas, and could see Blount getting 20 carries once they have the game out of reach.

Yeah was gonna go Blount but truth is I thought I had him locked up off the wire but someone got him ahead of me. So now its between the other guys.

I won't be surprised if in a PPR Chris Thompson ends up with the most points this week, but you got to go with Rawls. He is in line for the touches, especially if Fred Jax is out this week.
I have drafted Christine Michael every year expecting Lynch to break down...go figure once he finally does they already gave up on him. I'm still stashing him, because I think he is going to be the lead back down the stretch in Dallas, for whatever that is worth. He has monster potential.

Thanks for the advice man really helps. I am one of those people who always second guess their decisions and it always screws me. I may take a look at stashing Michael too really worried about my second RB situation.

I am the same way. Basically every time I start Joe Randle he sucks and every time I sit him he puts up some numbers. But at the end of the day, I lean toward getting the guy who should get the touches in the line up. Factor in Cinci is giving up the 8th most fantasy points to RB and it's the "right" play.
Whether it works out, that's another thing all together.
Another guy I am trying to hold is David Johnson from AZ. He is clearly the most talented back, but will probably need to wait for another Ellington or CJ injury before he gets his big chance. I still think he is another guy that will be the hot hand they ride at the end of the season. Arians seems reluctant but when push comes to shove I think they'll ride the talent.
A guy I am wondering about is David Cobb, and curious what guys think about him around here. I think he is on the IR eligible to return and none of the other RBs are differentiating themselves. If he is talented (and I don't know if he is or not) that's another situation to monitor.

At the beginning of the season the "experts" were saying Cobb was the Titans back to have but I wonder how long it will take him to get in the lineup after he returns. Have to see how Andrews does with the starting job. I had Johnson too but Arians is one of those stubborn coaches who seems to prefer veterans to a fault and with CJ2k playing well and Ellington returning I just don't know if Johnson will every get the chance to prove himself. He clearly is the best RB there though and next year for sure I will be looking at him closely.

Re: 2015 Fantasy Football Thread
Yeah I dropped David Johnson in one league, kept him in the other just in case. I get so tired of coaches who continue to be stubborn and not give the younger and better back more carries. Went through it with Hyde and Gore last year. I also fear once McCoy comes back that Rex will try to force the issue with him.
Next year I expect Todd Gurley, Devonta Freeman, and Melvin Gordon to be first round picks. David Johnson, Matt Jones, Karlos Williams, and Ameer Abdullah to be 2nd round picks. I also expect that I will take one of these guys over a top WR and be mad at myself 4 games into the season.

I think I have mentioned it on here, but I think David Johnson is the most likely to have a Jeremy Hill-esque rise. The guy is just a playmaker, I really hope he doesn't have a ten cent head to go with it. Don't want to give Arians any reasons to not trust him.
Freeman I really think is going to regress. Don't forget they had him and still used a second round pick on Tevin Coleman, so I think if I had Freeman I would look to sell.
As for Gordon, really seems like Woodhead is going to eat too much into his workload to be a first round pick.
Assuming Alf Morris is a free agent, I think Jones is a fringe first next year.
Bills invested too much into McCoy for Karlos to get enough work to justify Karlos in the second. I think it will be comparable to a guy like Carlos Hyde the year before, who seemed to be going in the 5th to 7th round.
As for Abdullah, I hope you are right, because I invested in him for a dynasty league and took him a bit too early to make sure I snagged him.
