It's shocking to see how far the Niners have fallen and how fast it's happened. Go back a few years and tell people that in 2015, they'd be down 40-7 in the third quarter to the Cardinals and you'd be laughed out of the room.

And the regression of Kap is surprising as well.

I squandered an asset? Then Hammond taught me well.

Interested to hear what the national narrative is with SEA this week, are they going to say that SEA has righted the ship or just ignore the game because the bears are part of the top 4 worst teams in the league? SEA offense still has a ways to go.

All of the NFL is bitching about 4 preseason games and the cards have played their starts 95 percent of the game in two blow outs.

Palmer went down and had a guy land on him the same way Rodgers did when he broke his collarbone. Seeing Palmer take those hits in a game up 40-7 would have me very nervous as a Cardinals fan.

I can't believe how bad the niners are. We better not lose to this team.

Too bad we don't have the Viking until late in the season. We could have literally locked up this division by week 10

There is A LOT of trash-talking going on by their fans on the NFL subreddit.

The inability or unwillingness of the Lions to get Calvin Johnson the ball is baffling.

LOL Lions. Already 0-3 with their next two at Seattle and then Arizona comes to town. Simply brutal.

Optimistic view: the game vs. Arizona late will be for HFA
Pessimistic view: We'll have a week 17 "division championship game" for the 2nd year in a row.
I think Atlanta is going to be a pain in the ass for getting a bye. 9-7ish team that's going to win 12 or 13 games.

I don't know. The Arizona game has the looks of one that'll be for HFA but I refuse to think the Vikings will be able to keep pace all year, the Packers are just a class above them, and Atlanta had to come back big against a Dallas team missing their top two players. They'll come back down to earth.
The NFC is looking like a two team race between GB and the Cardinals with an honorable mention to Seattle if they can get their offense on track but spotting a team like Arizona 2 games to start the year doesn't bode well for their chances of hosting a PO game and that's just a different team on the road

Tonight will be a key game. I see us going 6-0 if we win tonight. I just don't see the Vikings close enough to us unless we lose rodgers.

Yeah. We can go through ATL if necessary though. More important to have HFA over the good teams.

I have. They still aren't a good team though so penciling in wins for them isn't a good idea argument. A team like the Falcons are just as likely to lose games against bad teams as they are to win.
The schedule argument could just as easily be said about Carolina. In fact more so cause even though Carolina plays a slightly tougher schedule they're also a better team.

Jesus. Their toughest game looks to be against Indy, and that's at home. I'm not sold on them just yet, they haven't beaten anybody in convincing fashion so far. Alas, they do have a real shot at a 12-4, 13-3, 14-2 year just based on that schedule.

Jaws said he was going to be the best QB in NFL history.
