I just won $150

Bet $10 on 15 to 1 odds that Philbin would be fired first.

Also bet $10 on Quinn for coach of the year at 30 to 1

This might be one of the most idiotic things I have ever read in my 12+ years on Realgm.

Same with me. Detroit is playing hard but now their defense is frustrated as hell.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

haha, is it that crazy though? Think of all the playoff home field advantages the Pats got by going 6-0 in their division. Last year, the Pats were 12-4, Ravens 10-6. In 2011, Pats were 13-3, Ravens 12-4. Play those at Baltimore rather than NE, definitely could see Ravens winning those games. Ravens have 2 SBs in 15 years, not too hard to think they'd have one or more in the AFC East.

Seahawks look so mediocre I almost wouldn't mind getting them in the playoffs.

They are struggling with their new pieces, I'm still a bit nervous they will figure it out by November and go on a roll like the Giants used to.

Yep, this time last year people were saying the same thing. By the end of the year Lynch will be healthy, Kam will be up to speed, and they will be playing lights out again.

I would not like to see them in the playoffs because their defense is so good but their offensive line is going to really hold them back this year. They should easily make the playoffs but their o-line is preventing them from being elite.

The Patriots have won four out of six Super Bowls in the past 14 seasons,to say that they would have never been to a Super Bowl or only one in that time span if they were simply in the AFC North or any other division is pretty ludicrous to me.

Especially when you take into consideration that out of the 4 Super Bowls that the Pats have won, they had to win 2 AFC Championship games on the road to advance to those Super Bowls.@Steelers in 2001 and @ Steelers in 2004 ironically.

Maybe you could make an argument that the Patriots would have been to 4 or 5 Super Bowls instead of 6 if they played in a tougher division.I still wouldn't buy that because I think if you put the Pats in any other division in the AFC over the past 14 seasons the Patriots would still win those divisions multiple times and still consistently be a top seed.

If you flip flopped the Pats and Ravens the Pats would have still played the Browns and Bengals twice a season and when have the Steelers ever beaten the Patriots in a big game in the Brady/Belichick era?

I think the Pats success has a lot more to do with the greatness of Brady/Belichick than home field advantage. And even with that said I don't think the AFC East has been as bad over the years as some people (Patriots haters) make it out to be.

Hell, the Buffalo Bills likely cost the Packers a trip to the Super Bowl last season and people told me it was ok because the Bills have a really good defense.Last I checked they still play in the AFC East.

As do the Jets and Dolphins,2 teams that the Packers needed dramatics to beat last season.

Oh wow, I almost feel bad for the Lions on that one. Seattle is lucky as hell.

Honestly could see that coming real-time. You just knew Megatron was going to try to stretch it in in some way and leave the ball vulnerable.

Can you bat the ball out of the end zone like that Seattle player did to ensure the touchback? I feel like that's not legal.
