I know that McNair is a guy known to be loyal to a fault, but after this season I have to think that wholesale changes are in the works. That means a new GM and Coaching Staff first & foremost.
So...who is realistically available? I have heard the usual suspects like Bill Cowher, Lovie Smith & John Gruden...but are any of those guys what this team needs to turn everything around (and convince guys like JJ and Andre, the Great to stay)?
