Eric Foster to start at DT

Well now that Foster is going to get an unexpected shot at the starting DT spot, I figured I'd do a little research on the kid. From what I've been able to gather he seems like he could be a bit of a diamond in the rough. He was a vocal leader for Rutgers and is apparently very quick and athletic at 270 pounds. I found a couple of videos of Eric on youtube and what little bit I see, I like. Hopefully he can turn his opportunity into a great story for us Colts fans.

Gotta love a player with personality like that, yet isn't obnoxious about it. You can never have too much leadership in my opinion.

He's supposedly a warrior in the trenches. Not a guy who has great measurables, but definitely a scrapper in the middle. He's a nice rotational player, but time will tell if he can hold up as a starter.

I think we need to injure somebody tomorrow if we want to pull out with a win, like the Bears did to us.

Sanders and the rest of the DB's better be ready for a busy day tomorrow because Peterson & Taylor are gonna be getting through the D-line alot......

I would think that we'd try out a guy with considerably more size first. Peterson is going to be hard enough to stop as it is and Johnson was one of our best run stoppers. You need size to stop the run.
