Jags preseason thread

Post#1 » by craig01 » Sun Jul 27, 2014 3:03 pm

Blackmon keeps blowing himself up, but who cares.....the Jags are loaded at WR.

Bortles has been up and down but that is expected.

Watch out for Storm Johnson, I think he will be a much better NFL player than in college. He has all of the tools and matured significantly during his junior year at UCF.

A lot of good things happening in Jax ! - must admit I was not too impressed when they announced the construction of the world's largest score boards plus pools and cabanas but if we can win some games this year the whole thing could snowball into a very innovative and successful franchise.

Not a jags fan, but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing my Knights charge on to the field. You guys have some good talent. How much do you anticipate we will see Bortles and Storm during the preseason?

Johnson had td return in practice the other day, while Bortles has been decent in practice.

In the early games I'm sure you'll see Johnson for a few looks. Obviously Bortles will get plenty of reps

Bortles was very solid last night and hopefully has begun to ease some of the doubts about his ability.

Having watched him throughout his career, his leadership ability appears to be evolving with the Jags too.

Bortles is a winner......

Henne had a rough quarter, but it's just one quarter.

Bortles isn't expected to play until the second half, but yes this will be a bigger test for him.
