changing the defensive scheme: 3-4 or 4-3?

so there are talks that depending on who we bring in as the next coach we could change to a 3-4. do you guys have any thoughts on it? should the scheme be a deciding point on who to hire? could we easily switch to a 3-4 with the players we have?

I'd prefer to stay 4-3 because that's what our personnel fits, but don't think I'd let it factor in who our next head coach is. There are a couple 3-4 linebackers that could be available at 8 if we do make the switch.

Ya I think right now were better off at a 4-3 but I wouldn't mind the switch. I read an article that said quarterbacks who face 3-4 defenses must make decisions quicker and it results in more mistakes and fewer completions compared to a 4-3. But run game is another story. Hopefully they can bring in a head coach and a D coordinator that just know what there doing...so tired of giving quarterbacks the easiest passing game is the season.
