The D-line play has been encouraging though. The dropoff from Joseph to backups is noticeable, but Floyd and especially the DEs (and I suppose Barr as well since he's occasionally playing pseudo-DE) have looked pretty good.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

I expect a lot of inconsistency from the defense in their first year with Zimmer. The potential will be there, but mistakes will be made.

Sounds like the coaches really like Shamarr Stephen. He has been the 3rd best DT stopping the run this preseason.

Asiata has looked so much better than previous seasons.

Munnerlyn should have kneed it, but o-line hasn't been very good.

I think I'm ready to see Teddy now.

Impressed with the running back depth, they have been a lot stronger today. Only complaint is the number of Chief pass rushers that are getting a free run at Cassell.

This team is playing awesome in every single area of the game this half.

Teddy with a couple very good throws.

Looked good again. Patterson is showing more as a receiver this preseason, hopefully it continues.

Vikings play at 7 tonight. Should get an extended look at Bridgewater, hopefully with the first team, and players will be battling for the SS position. I'm thinking Blanton gets it.

Bridgewater has been playing way better than I expected.

Feels good to be 4-0, even if it doesn't mean anything.
