Expected a lot better showing and competitive game today, but the mistakes and blocked kick obviously couldnt be overcome, that and giving the Pats great field position on 90% of their drives. It's annoying that the Vikings dont save their best games for the best competition, and make the most mistakes against them.

The defense hasnt played too bad despite everything. Cassell has to have a better game and Peterson can come back as soon as possible.

The Adrian Peterson thing was a real stomach punch, so this type of performance doesn't surprise me.

It drives me nuts when announcers don't know the rules. It doesn't matter if the ball crosses the pylon if your feet aren't in bounds.

Vikings D I thought played really well. They only really gave up one real TD all day.

This one is 100% on Cassel. The confidence was completely shot after that first pick. It's a real shame. Vikings have a really complete team outside the QB. That's how much the QB matters.

So the bright spot, if Teddy turns out to be even a Dalton level, the Vikings will be really good.

Had to miss the game but managed to listen to most of it. Was probably for the best.

What a cruddy week for us fans.

That about sums it up. Unless your winning a fantasy matchup and the only way to loose is if LeSean McCoy scores 35 points. But yes, bad week for Vikings fans.
