i don't know, the bucs have looked terrible some weeks and good others (they beat the steelers earlier this year)

they might be more up and down than we are

Bucs are definitely one of the worst teams in the league. I'm just glad we were able to pull off the win in exciting fashion and we haven't won in TB since 2001.
