We have a lot of unproven, young DE's (Jones and Robinson drafted this year, Wonnum drafted last year). Hopefully it doesn't say anything about them.

offense seems pretty moribund so far, i'm choosing to not put a lot of faith in preseason results

Griffen is back, looks like they put Janarius Robinson on the IR in what is probably a stash move.

well i didn't watch any preseason games but i guess mond flashed some potential yesterday

dang, irv smith had surgery and will miss the start of the year

and we're not terribly deep at tight end now with rudolph gone

Traded for a tight end, Chris Herndon. Not familiar with him, but we gave up a 4th rounder (got a 6th back). Probably means Smith will be out for a while.
