From my mod perspective, as long as there is no open advertisement of trading of goods or services (no money for tickets, or whatnot), and no solicitation of any sort of personal information (other than address for transferring of tickets), I'm a-ok with one fan wanting to get their otherwise unused tickets to another fan for goodwill.
