Eli looked good but the defense still needs work. The secondary is not giving the D-Line enough time to go too work. Getting Kevin Dockery and C.C. Brown if the rotation was a start. But no excuse to give up 14 pts in the 4th quarter.

Short week, and facing another desperate team... Bradshaw is out for the game, as is Pierce (who may be out for the year)... I hope we don't become turkeys...

Even though you might not like the presentation, nfl.com is streaming the game.

This is bad Bill Sheridan has destroyed the identity of the defense. They can't stop the run no more, and they also can't run as well. Why did Spags had to leave to St. Louis.

When you get a chance to be a head coach, you take it. It is a shame that you couldn't get Coughlin tell Spags he would be around one more season, and Spags could take over for him, if he stayed around one more year.

We can't stop the run because our DTs have gotten a lot worse and AP is done. We need to draft Vince Oghobaase, or another high caliber DT in this draft as well as a SS who can support the run and not suck in coverage, I like Major Wright, Nate Allen and Morgan Burnett right now. I don't like Sheridan but he's been growing on me. His coverage schemes are better than spags' ever where, he's just got to learn how to draw up better blitzes because lately he's been calling more blitzes. One big problem I have is how he tries to create mismatches on the DL, Canty at DE, Kiwi at DT, Tuck out at DE, on passing downs. The run D is unlikely to improve because we need better players, but hopefully we can improve our redzone D. Unfortunately I worry that our Run D makes improving our redzone D impossible.

I am still trying to figure out how they do a 4 man rush yet there are still receivers open. It also does not help that when a safety goes out your other option is C.C. (Can't Cover) Brown.

Eli has a 'stress reaction' in his foot, from compensating for his plantar fasciitis. The 'Girls are coming up. I think our season might effectively be over...

Holy Cow. For someone supposedly dead-man-walking, Sheridan sure is shaking things up. Osi and Robbins were demoted to the second team in practice. Kiwi and Canty played on the first team. Will this move carry over to game day? Stay tuned...

Oh man, a most satisfying win! Even if we don't make the playoffs, I'm just happy we exposed the 'Girls for the December tankers that they are again. The defense is back, and the running game looked good. Eli still looked shaky, but hey, I'll take it!

Eli may have looked shaky but a couple of the passes he put were right on the money to Steve Smith including one in the End Zone. Smith and Manningham has been trouble dropping passes all season long. Any other way it was great to beat the Cowboys twice this season, good to see the Defense attacking, and boy did Aaron Rouse show up yesterday. Both of the Aaron's did actually.
