Are you seriously comparing a 4th or 6th round pick in the NFL Draft to the lot the Knicks gave up for Bargs? That's delusion at its finest....

In the NFL, 4th round picks are expected to be big contributors in a teams roster. This is not like a 2nd round pick in the NBA. Heck even a 6th round pick is valuable. And then there's the contract that they've now inherited.

Hey moo dont tell idzick because he already cut a 4th from this yrs draft and 5th,6th and 7th to boot

Oh I know. He's cut 5 out of his 12 picks already. But the point is that 4th round picks, even an idiot like Idzik is valuable. Especially if you could have kept that pick and still gotten Harvin. Which appears to have been very much possible since the Seahawks was apparently going to cut him if the Jets didn't make the trade.

Didn't really have anywhere else to put this but Jeremy Kerley has been extended for 4 years, $16M.

While Kerley has been solid and what he got was a fair deal (if not slightly below market), Idzik now has spent over $100 million on wide receivers ($64 million on Harvin, $36 million on Decker and $16 million on Kerley) and yet the Jets still doesn't have an no.1 receiver and still are considered weak at the position.
