On other news, jmatt apparently killing it in ota's. His interviews have been amazing too. I think we got a steal. And I think I've come to terms with drafting Marcus smith in the first since they way I look at it, jmatt is our first pick and Marcus is out second haha.

I'm in a $$$ league that I won last season, I won 500 and bought PS4

What would everybody's top 5 draft board look like. Is Shady the #1 fantasy player?

With LeBron/NBA free agency dominating the headlines, in other quieter news, Andre Johnson is demanding a trade from the Texans. Although his contract is huge (bigger than Jackson's was) and he's getting up there in age at 33, he's still a number one receiver on most teams, and would be a great fit in Kelly's offense IMO. Should the Eagles take a chance on him?

I think they should if the Texans eat a portion of the salary.

It was really hard to watch the second half of this game only bright spot was Sanchez who looked really good and our 1st Team defense was pretty mean

also that Huff return for TD was sick hahaha

Only preseason, but I think Lane Johnson's suspension will hurt us a ton the first month of the year, Barbre doesn't look good. Considering who Foles has to throw too, the offence looks pretty good otherwise.

The defence stil has major ?????? I just don't like what I've seen from out first unit so far.

we barely upgraded the defense, we are relying totally on organic growth which i think is the wrong thing to do at the nfl level. You can't expect everyone who is playing average just to magically get exponentially better, but i think kelly and howie are drinking some mighty fine kool-aid. Um..all good NFL teams have a core group of guys they build around who make them good teams. When was the last time a team who went out and spent in the offseason won anything ? Kendricks, Cox and Boykin are our 3 home grown guys who we should expect to lift their games this year and help make the defence better.

Carroll hasn't played this preseason yet, but from all reports he's been our best corner in camp, and Jenkins has been really good too and will be a huge upgrade over Chung. As for saying our first rounder looks average, I guess who need to learn to be patient. He was never going to be a guy who came in and starred right away.
