So my team just picked this guy up. Why did he get cut for Parkey this year? Henery's numbers look fairly decent, am I missing something?

Please tell me we're at least getting a significant upgrade over the disaster our kicker has been through 3 games.

Things started to go downhill last season, however, when he missed five field goals, including a crucial miss in the team's playoff loss to the New Orleans Saints.

The inconsistency, combined with his struggles on kickoffs, seem to be the main reason Henery lost the trust of head coach Chip Kelly.
