Good move. Bing has a lot of talent, maybe Nolan can develop him into what he could be. Which is definitely at least an above average starter IMO.

He was a SS at USC, and the Raiders tried to convert him to a LB. I remember I was high on him in the 2006 draft, he ran a reported 4.5.

He played like Rodney Harrison Jr. at USC. Great pick-up.

He'll probably fight Goldson for a roster spot. Goldson can always go to the practice squad.

Bing can always go to the PS. A neck injury is no joke in the NFL.
