Interesting... sounds like we could cut him during post season this year and be rid of the bulk of Adams contract. Would you entertain that? I might, though I wish we could get back into the first for the Strong Safety Kyle Hamilton who has some John Lynch/Kam vibes about him

Adams’ deal includes an option for the 2022 season of $12.44 million that fully guarantees five days after the Super Bowl, that was part of a contract that included more than $32 million guaranteed overall.

Adams also has $2 million in salary guaranteed for the 2022 season and another $2.56 million for the 2023 season.

I know Barkley can't stay healthy either and Darnold is really a Pete target and Pete is frustrating when he's not full aggressive on both personnel changes and plays.

Saquon is absolutely worthless. How many games have the Giants won with him? If you trade Russ for Saquon & picks, you become a team like the Giants currently are. Without a QB. It's insane.

I'd rather slit my wrists than watch Sam Darnold be the QB of this team.

I'm just pissed that it's even a discussion honestly. The fact that his agent continues to flame the fire.

Sit his ass down. Tell him we're not trading you.

P.S. Also the weather here is starting to get to me. As you can probably tell lol. No joke. I need some sun. I legit forgot what it feels like.

Other than tomorrow summer never ended in my area of California. it's literally been 80 most of the the last 6 weeks. Just get a flight down

I have family in Arizona. I'm flying to Phoenix for the Holidays.

I think Sunday was the first time in weeks that the Sun was out. Now it's cold (40's) & dark by 4:30.

I wonder if the real issue is that Ciara just doesn't want to live here & is putting pressure on him to push for a trade. Makes sense.

Cut him? Heck no. Not for the price that they paid.

That's what I'm saying... his cap only becomes 12 mill split over two years so 6mill a year if they cut him. I get it the picks... but if he's not a player legit or it's a career damning now recurring injury.... I would cut my losses.

100% the drive for him to be in a showy market is his lady needing that access to spotlight and industry. I mean i'm in that industry and think about it... she has lost some shine. Sure she has also been popping them kids out, but Beyonce has stayed in the center of media and she's in south Alaska.

This team isn't good enough. But I'm frankly fed up with the NFL. The officiating is garbage. The product honestly sucks.

My gut says that they run things back. Pete stays. Most of the coaching staff stays in place. Wilson is back. I just think it's time for a change. I'm not leaving out Schneider when I say that. He's a big part of the problem imo. The philosophy of not prioritizing the O-line clearly doesn't work. You can't be cheap & rely on guys like Ethan Pocic & Kyle Fuller, etc. You see what happens when they have a little success running the ball. It opens everything up. Russ isn't productive without it. Again, I think a lot of this falls on John & the FO. They're not aggressive enough when it comes to Free Agency. Paying top dollar for lineman. They just refuse to do it.

Instead of being active in Free Agency & addressing the real issues, they choose to overpay in trading valuable assets (Harvin/Adams deals) that don't make sense & hurt the team in the long-run.

Broken Fib plus dislocated ankle will definitely be gruesome to look at, but structurally he's likely going to be fine for next year. My heart sank knowing he is/was in line for a big financial reward when it happened. I'll be curious to see what happens there.
