Breakout year? It felt like he just wasn't utilized. I don't know how much was due to injury? But man is he lightning quick.

I like Eskridge, he looked early but that wallop on his head on the sweep I think make a rookie year complicated for him. I'm still a fan right now of his upside.

Swain has a knack for the the big catch, though and I think he'll still see a ton of snaps.

Geno is the starter. Sad times.

I guess the one positive is that they should have a decent draft pick next year (again). Another top 10 pick. Which they can trade.

If they end up taking a QB at 9. I'll be officially out on Pete/John.

I am guessing Lock has a huge shot at winning the battle. (not that it's super awesome), but

Drew Lock is a better QB than Geno. No debate. The bigger issue is Pete choosing Geno because he knows the system. Geno should not be the starter. He's a backup. Everyone knows it. But he'll get every opportunity to win the job. That's the problem.

No you can't that was a unique group, but I will say yes to the following knowing we are running 3-4 so we absolutely need multiple more LB pickups, he's a leader, he has the size to affect the run as part of the 4 lighter line players in that scheme and he also fills space as a zone coverage LB...
