We need to draft for speed! We play half our games in a dome and over the last few years we have been trying to build a tough pound it out team. It doesn't work indoors! Too many injuries on artificial terf. Thats what has happened over the last few years as a result, INJURY.

Draft for speed like we had when we were going to superbowls. Look at the Colts recent success indoor team all speed even the defense (Freeney, Sanders) Stop trying to be the Ravens and the Steelers and go to what has worked in the past. (Holt,Faulk,Bly,Little,Mcleon,Fletcher,Hakim,Horne) - Need a skilled fast roster.

My Advice fireselll the old guys for picks and rebuild.

Start with the O-Line and build after the old model.

Oh and how bout some involment in this forum the worst of all the teams, its as embarrasing as our record this year and by this year 2008, b/c in some topics almost a year goes by before someone comments. Please this is a good topic to discuss so leave your opinion.
