La'el Collins

There are a few teams already expressing interest in La'el Collins. Rex Ryan Met with Collins and hopefully the Bucs will put in their bid. His signing would be huge, they could get a first round talent that will not cost much, saving cap space for other talent. His talent is desperately needed by the Bucs. They need to roll the dice and take a chance on him.

As far as the investigation, the present and former love interest of murder victims are always questioned first. If he is innocent, it is a shame he got caught up in something he had nothing to do with.

As long as he is cleared and innoncent, I'd be for it. Word is Jameis is too.

Operating on the belief that he is totally innocent and the police were only doing their due diligence, the Bucs need to go all out to convince him to sign. Jameis most definitely should be in on the recruiting of him. A big selling point is there is no state taxes to cut into the minimum amount he will have to receive as an undrafted rookie. The second selling point should be Jameis himself and the potential to have one of the best offences in the NFL. In a few years he will be able to recoup most of what he lost when he is eligible for a new contract.

As they say no guts no glory. The Bucs should have drafted him in the 7th round. :banghead:
