Does anyone see him retiring after this year? I know he is a competitor but those injuries are piling up? Broaddus usually answers all my questions, but he never touches that one.

If he keeps on this schedule he can always use the injury as an excuse, so he probably will

He sure does not act like a guy that is getting worn down by the injuries and everything else that comes with being on the Dallas QB stage. You heard his mind set in preseason. He pretty much said he was finally at a place were he could play his best football. He may have called it, is this not his most efficient season ever?

I just get the feeling his mindset is stronger than ever and he see's his injuries as just an annoyance.

Broaddus just answered my question. He said that would be a better question in two years. Listening to his press conference yesterday - like always- he talked about becoming a better Qb and when the improvement stops then you become a disservice to yourself and team. I know he has had a really good season. His numbers indicate he has improved and truthfully he has gotten better at taking care of the ball over the past few years. My thing is has he really improved ??? He doesn't have to carry the team every game anymore which is an improvement for the team. So to me the team has improved. The eye test though tells me Romo's arm isn't as strong nor is he as elusive as he once was. Neither is P Manning but Romo isn't Manning.

No chance he retires this year or in the next 3 for that matter. Unless something major happens. I don't think there is any way he would leave this team with its pants down at QB like we would be at this point. I also see him taking the role of Warner down the road and playing back-up before he retires, and may even come back after retiring as well.

I think Romo retires when no team shows interest in him.

Or it could be as early as 2016. I just believe Romo will want yo play past his playing years. Not sure when the end will be here but I think it's close.

I'm sure there is one out there but I watch a ton of college football. There isn't one that I saw all year that I said I want that to be our next Qb. As good as the SEC is, they lack Pro style Qbs.
