I still think it's going to come down to Bosa or Elliott.

IHO, if that is the choice, then I am all for entertaining trade down offers.

I don't think they get a good enough offer to trade down.

I can see the Browns moving back up to get Tunsil to replace Mack that they lost last season. They need someone to protect RGknee and run block. I can also see the titans moving back up for the same player. Titans have a lot of picks and I wouldn't mind any one of them.

Was Mack a center or LT? I think teams are starting to cool on Tunsil, as far as trading up for him. From what I'm hearing teams don't think there is that big a difference between Ronnie Stanley and Tunsil. Not when you consider Tunsil's injury history and off the field issue. I have no doubt they will get offers but I don't think it will be an offer that's worth trading out of the top 10. I think everyone in the top 10 stays where they're at now.

And based on the press conference today it sounds like the picks have been narrowed down Ramsey and Elliott.

That's the consensus among the beat writers too. Ramsey if he's there and Zeke if he's not.

Another thing that could keep teams from trading up for Tunsil is the fact there are two other really good OT in Ronnie Stanley, and Jack Conklin (possibly three with Taylor Decker from OSU). I don't think teams will be willing to trade up for Tunsil.

I don't think anyone will move up for Tunsil. He dropping in all mocks and Teams boards. Ramsey and Elliot are the new hot guys. Time to entertain offers San Diego and Dallas.

Sometimes I just hate being right, but I was sure right about this cancer. Offseason issues, in lousy shape and now refusing to show up for practices. This guy needs to be cut now. time to give someone a shot who really wants to play with the Dallas Cowboys.

I still think there's a good chance he retires before the start of the season. He showed up to the mandatory mini-camp today.

Well Mr. B, I might be giving you an apology by this upcoming mid season. I thought the culture in bid D was going to be different. Like I said, 2 years ago was smoke and mirrors. If I knew we were going to hold on to most of our thugs and pretty much turn our back on the defense during the draft, I should have sided with you regarding getting a QB. Now we have absolutely no defense and still have no good back up QB.

Yea, it's not looking good on the defensive side of the ball. Jones should be better since he can now focus on one position. The DL looks horrendous. It may be mid season before Maliek Collins get completely in shape and up to speed. DE's don't usually show up until their second season. It's time for Crawford to earn his money. Thornton too. We need to pray that Lee can stay healthy all year and Damien Wilson needs to show if he can play or not, same for Hitchens. It's going to be a LONG season for our secondary because of no pass rush.

Why can't we just get rid of McFadden and McClain now. Free up some money and go fishing for a LB or two. Now that McFadden is out 10 weeks there is no trade value now, even if there was much to begin with. I think our secondary will be fine with both Scandrick and Claibourne back and healthy. Outside of a healthy Sean Lee, we are a total mess everywhere else on defense. I hear one of our DE might get suspension reduced of overturned. Is that true? we can use any help on defense. But not McClain's help. I have been screaming for his head for 2 years now. Let him go now. Lets go with Wilber or one of the other guys. At least they will have effort and want to play and be in shape.

They absolutely should cut McClain, especially now that he's suspended for 10 games.

Cowboys just learned that Rolando McClain has been given a 10-game suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.

Well, there you have it. I knew this would eventually happen. Been saying it for 2 years. How the hell are we going to do to stop offenses this upcoming season? :banghead:

Reluctantly, I'm putting Romo on the expendable list. Its time to move on from the Romo era even if the growing pains are tough the next couple years. I know he's only 36, but his body is now of glass and seems frail as a 45 year old man.

Romo's contract requires that he be on the team for at least 1 more year. I still fully expect him to come back again next year and the retire. If Dak continues to play well during the regular season he's going to get some valuable knowledge from Romo. This kid really has been thrown into a dream scenario for a young QB.

I know the cap hit is around 18 million this year. What would our cap hit be if Romo retires at the end of next season?
