True fans shouldn't have to do that. That's up to the bandwagon fans

What do you suggest a true fan does who has Cox cable, and Time warner or other cable networks aren't an option because he can't single handedly make a decision on what cable netwokr to use when he lives with other people who are non lakers fans? This true fan has no choice but to stream the games. Nothing I can do about it, absolutely nothing. The only thing I could do is move, and I doubt anyone on this board would move to a different place just to watch the Lakers instead of having to stream it

Edit: WOW, as of 4 hours ago Cox struck a deal with time warner. Looks like I"ll be set! My point still stands though !

You mean securing enough money to pay for the talent on the team like their 4 best players and to ever having to risk selling their team since its their old source of income?

To question why they did it, or act like it was a slight is silly. Fans who don't get it are silly.

Just buy LP and use a different ip if you have to so you can watch every team in the league. Likewise just find a damn stream it isn't that hard. I you can't handle either to support the team, you are no damn fan, and that much is true

Lakers say Cox Cable has reached an agreement to carry Time Warner Cable SportsNet. That leaves DirecTV and Dish as the big holdouts

AHHHH I got Cox Cable. Life is good!

AWESOME!!!!!

WE still need DirecTv though for the majority of folks and bars and restaurants etc...

Why are baseball and football games shown on TV and not basketball?

I remember in junior high (mid 90s)when my family couldn't afford cable I'd listen to all the home games on the radio and check the box scores in the newspaper the next day. If you can't find a streams online, or a hooters or some bar showing the game you need to support a new job or get off the bandwagon.

for much of the 2002 season, I would drive over to mexico and go to sportsbook. I typically dropped $30 bucks gm between food and drinks. Not to mention the bets I made on the Lakeshow and the greyhounds.

investment paid off in a ring that year at least.

Right because everyone has fast internet nowadays or have service provider that actually provide fast internet. I'm more of a dam fan then you ever will be even though I'm dirt poor. So since your spoil and like the mass sheep out there, you rather pay like $150 a year instead of being able to watch the game free and your telling me to quite whining?

I like to see you live in a third world country.

Why anyone would want to stop being a fan of a 16time world champion, is beyond me.

They're also used to fake your location, which is what I'm trying to do since Laker games are blacked out in Los Angeles. Don't know how to do it with a mac.

proxy sites don't do that. all they do is allow you to view websites and pages if they're blocked on your computer's ip. you can either pay for services to change your location, or you can try these tricks in whichever web browser (non-safari) you use:

http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/disable-fa ... er-chrome/

haven't tried these personally so don't if they'll work, but it's all i can give you right now while i'm on break.
