not sure if others are like me, but i'll keep tracking bynum's progress even though he's gone. was a big fan of his and watching him develop was probably the most enjoyable part of the lakers for me the past few yrs.

anyway, 1st update: Bynum is out for 3 weeks, right knee bone bruise. definitely don't miss that part of bynum's career.

^looks like he's been on that Ice Cream diet.

Other than that though, when was the last time a relevant 7 foot center rocked a fro?

Glad he is gone. Always will be a soft player. Looks out of shape, bad knees and he is only 24. He will not be playing at 30 due to bad knees. Yes, he looks fatter and needs a hair cut. Looks like he just got up and looks sleepy.

A lot of people will keep up with him but won't admit it. I guarantee you that his name will come up if Howard goes through a stretch where his numbers are struggling.

Still gonna follow him, Philly is going to be a interesting, if not successful, team. Watching him develop, although trying at times, was one of the most fun parts of the last two seasons.

He does seem fat though. And not having cold sweats every time he damn near stumbles is good.

He's a little out of shape but I think the hair and goatee are making people think he's way more out of shape than he really is.
They say they're limiting his activities so the 'Kobe-procedure' can have more time to work...

So he may just be unable to workout a whole lot right now...

That said, it sure is nice not to have worry about that right now.

Shouldn't be shocked when people turn on players when they're no longer with the team. Has been happening for years now.

Maybe it's the cut of the jersey. From what I can tell though, he has lost some definition.
