since when is hollinger a reporter?

edit: anywhoo, the thing he retweeted, the one that posted by a sixers beat writer, was true. you owe hollinger an apology on several fronts now.

I know Hollinger isn't a beat writer, he's a number/stat nerd. I know it was true.....I read iamworthy's link.

You gotta a better chance of finding a $20 bill before I say sorry to Hollinger.

I'll follow just to see what Collins gets out of him. It will tell a lot about him personally, I'll also watch because I think people greatly overrated his O and D like the advanced stats showed when Kobe sat during games and missed games last year and his efficieny was horrible. Lastly I'll watch solely because he is the best player the Sixers have had since Iverson based on potential, and I for one think the Sixers are one of the handful of teams who when relevant benefit the whole league

I hope for Bynums sake that he is good to go by the beginning of the season. If I was the Sixer's gm, Id be **** bricks right now.

I know there were always a lot of people that had problems with Bynum because of his injury history but that never did bother me as much. What did bother me is that he always has procedures done late and has to heal on company time. It seems as if its the same story every offseason.

Lol I was thinking the same thing. If anything his jersey is sloppy, but its good to know the same Drew haters are around. I wish him well & don't need to hide the fact I Will root for him. As far as that Howard thing my mouth will be moving if we lose games due to the fact we have no one to throw it to down low with the game on the line.

It's the hair. Hard to look sleek in a 'fro. Dr. J and Frobe being obvious exclusions.

john mitchell @JmitchInquirer

Sixers name Richardson, Holiday and Thaddeus Young captains

no bynum

http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/85467 ... hot-opener

...Bynum wanted so much more out of the day he expected to practice for the first time with his new team. Bynum remained sidelined with right knee pain and is a long shot to play in the Oct. 31 opener.

His debut is on hold and no one knows when Bynum will return. He will continue to be held out of all basketball activity until he is pain free from a bone bruise he suffered during an offseason workout. The Sixers had pegged Wednesday as their franchise player's potential return date after a three-week layoff that cost him the entire preseason slate. Instead, Bynum was on the sidelines while the rest of the Sixers practiced and scrimmaged.

"He's a big investment for our team," Sixers general manager Tony DiLeo said. "We want to be cautious."

DiLeo said each day Bynum is out increases the likelihood the All-Star center will not be ready for the opener...

he does look a bit out of shape....but lakers uni's are a bit more 'fitted' than the philly ones, that may be one of the reasons he looks fatter than he really is

What the hell is going on with Bynum? This was suppose to be a healthy summer. Did he injure himself? This is why Dr.Clapper said he would rather have D12's back than Bynum's knee's.

They keep saying its just precautionary, after he had his injections he had some soreness, but we all know Drew is notoriously slow healer

last thing I read was he was set to practice and felt some discomfort so they pulled him out of drills.

more bad news for drew

http://www.examiner.com/article/andrew- ... e-bad-news

An Andrew Bynum injury update from the Philadelphia 76ers has come in, but it isn’t bringing any good news to fans or fantasy basketball owners. According to a report on Tuesday (November 6), Bynum isn’t progressing well as he tries to come back from his offseason knee issues. In fact, it is so bad that the team cannot even put a timetable on his return.
