mike d'antoni seems okay. he knows nash and can fully utilize him in d offense along with kobe dwight and pau. personally i like phil more but i tthink he is demanding too much from d lakers

If all he was demanding was to miss some road games, and have more clout on decisions affecting player personnel for the two years he was going to be here, I don't think that's too much to ask.

on second thought, i think having nash on the roster really tips this in favour of pringles.

the fans obviously want the ball in nash's hands, and phil would've taken it out, ala princeton

I'm telling you, it all comes down to the the executive role he wanted. The travel issues may have played a part in it too, but that's something Phil has been asking for years and was never a deal breaker before. But stepping on Mitch and Jimbo's territory (especially Jimbo's)... maybe even demanding a minority stake in the franchise? That's really too much, I think.

As a Knicks fan, I feel bad for you. He had no control over our players and played no defense what so ever. Horrible move. Dont even try and make it sound positive
