The players don't believe in what the coach is telling them to do.

The team is a mess, Chemistry wise and fit wise. Every player talks about defense after each loss yet no one other than Howard and Metta is capable of playing consistent D.

Everyone thought the impact Howard will bring on the defensive end will be huge, Well it hasn't been huge, Hasn't even been mediocre.
