There is no "last day", you can sign anybody at any time. It's a reason Delonte hasn't been signed, this is a critical stage for teams and they don't have time to nurse mate that dude. And we have no need for Amundson, he's nothing more than a hustle player. Clark is giving us that and more.

And you just can't waive a player just to add more salary for guys who haven't been here from the beginning.

Get Iverson. People are really not giving him a chance. Stephen A. Smith even said, Iverson can still put up double digits a night. It won't hurt cause Iverson is one of those fast break players, kind fits well with D'Antoni's system. However his attitute is something that I don't know if even Phil Jackson can even fix.

Raja Bell is the guy they'll likely sign. If he can still the hit the 3 ball and play league average defense he'll be a big pickup because at some point you know for a fact MWP and Meeks' 3 ball is going to go to ****.

Dallas picked up Peja years ago when he was washed up and he was useful for a couple of rounds. Then when his shot was off, Brian Cardinal stepped in.

Have to have shooters even if they can't do much else.

I won't mind Raja but a bigger concern right now is back up C since Pau is out. Going small in the 2nd unit with Clark at center won't work for most teams in the NBA.

A backup C would not improve the defense by much on the backup unit and he'd destroy the offensive advantage they have.

Isn't McGrady coming back by the way? He's a far better player than any of these other guys. In 2012 he was a plus rebounder, passer, and scorer at SF. There's a stigma attached with him that's just unfair.
