The reason I'm not too quick to compare Clarkson to other rookie PGs is that he was a college senior and most these guys are freshmen or even worse in the case of Exum, he'd dominate them if this was an NCAA game anyways.

That would explain why he is more polished than them. But he also appears to be longer, faster, and more athletic.

Schroeder's not a rookie and he's 1 year younger than Clarkson.

Harden would be a deserving winner but when you think about it, OKC started the season with a 10 game handicap in the toughest conference in NBA history and Durant has been up and down, injured etc. If Westbrook leads that team to 50+ wins and a playoff spot while putting up a 29 PER season, I'm not sure how anyone can argue against him. But its that kind of bold decision that I do not see the voters taking and they'll likely choose the safer option in Curry or Harden.
