And hey both our fanbases can unite in clowning the Rockets and Clippers for their postseasons, right?

Btw, what do you guys think of Mychal Thompson?
For some reason Warrior fans seem to think Laker fans hate them, really from my prospective that's not totally true. Even though they say rivalries are born through playoff meeting, the last time the Lakers and Warriors met in the playoffs was in the mid 80's. The bad blood can only rise if both teams ever meet on that stage again. But yeah most of us are glad the Warriors are make'in Houston their b#tch.

After the 2nd month of the season you could tell something special was going to happen up in the Bay, hope they follow through on winning a title.

As far as Mychal Thompson, well he's one of ours....we got love for all those Showtime Laker players. We don't mind that he's supporting Klay, he's a dad first and works for the Lakers second.

And now in our next game of "Who's Getting Kick The F^^^ Out The Playoffs".......Houston Rockets come on down !

Hopefully tonight is the last night we have to look at the chicken head brothers Harden and Howard, hope Curry shoves 40 points worth of 3's down their throats tonight.

Neither the Korver play or the Horford play were dirty...With that being said, Delladova's style of play is certainly going to catch it's share of skepticism. If you watch him play he does a lot of shady stuff which sometimes goes unnoticed. All these isolated incidents are eventually going to catch up to him. Personally I would love to see someone retaliate and teach him a little lesson, the dude is as big of prick as any other player in the league.

Good to see the Rockets aren't rolling over. Wouldn't have expected less, but two sweeps would have been, well... sad.

I want to see this series take longer and Cavs sweep so that, hopefully, Cleveland can be closer to full strength in the big dance.

Yeah, they won't get Love but hopefully the Cavs get Irving back healthy with enough time before the finals start.

Screw the Cavs. I'm more than happy to watch the Dubs lay a smackdown on their ass. #sweep.

I honestly don't care who wins, I just want it to be a series, especially after these semis. I mean, I expect GS to win, and would probably rather that, but I wouldn't be heart broken to see LeBron get another title, his legacy deserves a better rep in the finals.

TBH Golden State would be twice as tough as any team Cavs played in the playoffs and I don't think it'd go farther than 5 games.

Random thought; Kobe's contract coming off the books at the end of next year should be a good thing, and not how you would think. My understanding of the salary cap is every team has to spend at least 90% of it. I think that gives the lakers the flexibility in negotiations to offer reasonable contracts instead of trying to meet the 90% cap room rule. Any money not spent on free agents can go to kobe on a one year contract. Essentially kobe is bailing them out. That, or you can sign the players you want during the off season and give someone like rondo a 1yr 19mill deal...or whatevers left over to meet the 90%. Make any sense?

Well teams don't have to actually sign players to bloated contracts just to reach the salary floor. If theyre under the salary floor at the end of the year, the difference gets split up among the players on the roster. There's no real punishment for not meeting the salary floor.

Does that raise the players' salaries for the following years?
