It's funny people say Kobe's chucking ran howard and pau out of town and yet both guys are playing with extreme chuckers now and really aren't close to a ring. I thought the bulls were close but I doubt they get past Washington or Atlanta.

I've never heard anyone say Kobe's chucking ran pau out of town. As far as Dwight, most people point towards their incompatible personalities.

Well I have and like I said they are both on teams now with chuckers. I feel pal's department had more to do with management and trade rumors but nonetheless I've heard people say that.

I think Pau left because he wanted to compete for a championship.

I can understand that and I believe he deserved that for all that he did for this franchise. I still believe the trade rumors left a sour taste in his mouth though.

Pau is making $7.6 a year hence a great value for Chicago... Who cares if he is slow at that salary...

With Noah hurt pau is getting destroyed on the defensive end.

Re: Around The NBA VI
The numbers say they were getting killed when the played together too.
Hard driving coaches have to figure out that all NBA players aren't built the same... What may drive a Guard or even a SF to get better, might cause a PF or C to wear down.
Noah is kind of the ideal Big for Thibs... He's not too big and bulky to get up and down and has the tenacity to play D at a high level. But that's actually a pretty rare combination in a big. And now he's getting older.
Those Chicago Bigs are just worn out.
And now with Rose not being the same player he was, that team might need a change at the top... Thibs has been a master at getting the most out of the talent he had, but he's had young scrappy talent so far... This is a different team. And if they loose Noah for any extended time, they're done.

He's getting a fair amount of minutes and it's about time for the rookie wall. It's probably not a big deal. He's still got decent numbers overall.

At 38.8% he still has a better field goal percentage than Nick Young, Kobe, Price, and Kelly
A lot of young guards shoot in the upper 30s. That's not encouraging by any means, but with the season as lost as it is, I don't mind Clarkson going out there and figuring some things out on the fly.

Re: Around The NBA VI
I'm likely the only one not concerned with his FG%. He has an aggressiveness that very few young guards have, he has the versatility with a floater, great athleticism to draw fouls and an obviously good shooting touch. He had a follow up dunk yesterday that most fan bases would be using as signatures if he was playing for them. He's no Damian Lillard but he's got a ton of talent and if B-Scott is good for one thing, its developing young guards.

The Bulls obviously miss Boozer's defense.
