Any defensive centers in that bunch?

Patric Young but he's a bit undersized.

Would not mind him at all after looking over some of his videos. In fact I hope he gets an invite.

 I didn't even know he was Fil-Am when he got drafted. I just immediately looked at his highlights.

don't hate though, he seems legit. I wouldn't reach and say Ginobili. Manu's a great passer and was well known in Argentina. I can't say the same for Clarkson. though he might've been under the radar because of the bigger names in this draft.

After two years of dragging their ass, they have responded amazingly since the Dwight trade.

according to sources, he was eyed along with that Brickman kid. though they'll tap his services now that he'll be part of the Lakers. and I don't think we have enough time to process his papers. plus the roster is almost set and just waiting for Blatche's papers for naturalization.

If this report is true, Jordan Clarkson would be considered a naturalized player if he ever does decide to play for Team Pilipinas.

http://www.solarsportsdesk.ph/bk/bknews ... or-ph-team

Gilas-Pilipinas head coach Chot Reyes implicitly cited a FIBA rule to explain why Filipino-American Jordan Clarkson is ineligible to represent the Philippine men's national basketball team in any tournament sanctioned by the international governing body.

If Clarkson is chosen in the future, that means no naturalized American center (Douthit, Blatche, McGee) would be eligible . There's another FIBA Asia tournament next summer, where the winner qualifies for the 2016 Olympics, so he could hypothetically play then, but the Philippine national team would lose the size if he counts as a naturalized player.

Thanks for the info Noodles. I don't expect them to pursue him though.
