Could be another diamond in the rough kind of guy, especially with our injury history (knock on wood)

I'd rather we start looking for a SG and just move Kobe to SF.

Interesting. Could be a steal? Don't have the expectations that Heat fans had. But if he could score 10-11 points I am cool with him joining. Would be great addition off the bench if Young is starting as possibly projected.

Nash, Henry, Johnson, Randle, Sacre or Clarkson, Henry, Johnson, Beasley, Randle off the bench sounds good to me!

I remember reading we had a trade lined up for him when the CP3 / Dwight deals would have gone down. So we must like him. Thing is... Does he take the minimum?

Meh would be cool, rather see Randle at the 3 than Beas but I guess it adds added depth

beasley could potentially be a nice bench piece. i dont see him fitting with the starting 5 because hes most effective in the mid range and closer area, which would just add cluster to the other already proficient midrange players in the starting 5 (kobe, boozer). his 3 is pretty suspect, but off the bench he could produce, like many have said. hes also a good rebounder for his position, so pairing him with randle and sacre/davis could be a decent idea.

we have decent depth, so is nash gets hurt, and clarkson is still developing, we could potentially see a bench unit of Henry/Young/Beasley/Randle/Davis. Weird as hell, but it could work

I wish somebody could post a video of a brakedown his offensive game during his time in Minn, it was just mind boggling bad, selfish and inefficient.

It was. But he does have talent. He's just really raw. Kobe would be good for Beasley. He's not getting away with the stuff LeBron and Wade let him do last year. Could be a steal. He has a lot of talent and potential. He's just a really huge IDIOT/MORON!

I'm not trying to say that Beasley could be half the player Odom was but it is an interesting point nonetheless........

This is depressing, the guy is a sad sack bucket of failure. I'm down for reclamation projects like Henry and Marshall who never got their opportunity but Beasley is a guy that has gotten ample opportunity and then some only to disappoint and fail.

I wouldn't be that down on him. Yeah he's failed massively to meet expectations, but he's still a productive player offensively and it's not like we're exactly rich at the 3, especially if Kobe is going to play the 2. I'll take a career 19 ppg 7rpg per 36, especially at the price he's going to go for. Actually had his most efficient year in the minutes he was given.

Vet minimum for buckets I'm okay with it. But man this guy is a knuckle head. If we get denied by Sessions then I'm fine with the signing if Mitch, Byron and Jim are ok with it

If he couldn't see minutes over Rashard Lewis and the corpse of Battier, how is he going to help us? He is a bad offensive player with tunnel vision and inability to grasp a team defense.
