Clarkson should have had a chance to get the trip-doub. What's wrong with Byron? Look, the way I see it, Clarkson and Tariq have developed chemistry. But I think the key is Byron did not exploit a formula that he should have used. Lin/Davis and alternative Black, Clarkson Black and alternative Davis, should have been used when you have two excellent dribble drive penetration dish guards and then if that isn't there because both Davis and Tariq roll, then kick out to a jump shooter. The combo of Hill and Boozer, both not good post players and mid-range jump shooters, doesn't work as well, even though they can make jump shots at times which is fool's gold. I think that the guard play was misused by Scott.

And no Ed Davis is boring. I don't discuss future plans, drafts, College players, etc. That's for all of you other members to talk about next season and dream players but I'm looking at the guys on the roster now. Ed is one of my favorites so not seeing him play when there is nothing wrong with him makes for a less interesting Laker team to watch.

Not playing Ed Davis is a very good tank move. Scott should sit Hill and Lin for the remainder of the seasonn as well.

As I said, just looking at the roster and not future plans. And Davis and Tariq are young and could both work out but Davis is probably not going to resign.
