Clarksonsanity!!!
I wonder how good he will be next year once he has a full summer to train.

That Randle and Clarkson pick and roll/pop will be money.

Clarkson is really impressive.

its not really blindluck anymore, his TO number is impressive with that usage.

I hate to say this, but clarkson is going to be a below average defender overall until he improves his pick and roll defense. It's a shame, because he's a fantastic one on one defender and a good off-ball defender, but he still struggles to fight through screens and it doesn't help that he regularly goes against the best pick and roll scorers in the league. Lillard rained fire early when he got clean looks off pick and rolls and seemed to be bored in the early going.

I'm trying to limit my expectations for him next year just from the fact that kobe should be back and Clarkson's role will be diminished as a result. Even more so depending on the draft pick and any signings.

Im scared that we sign someone like Rondo which will no doubt would take away his playing time since Kobe would also get the SG minutes. My ideal situation would be to get a big for our pick and sign a wing for a FA to help Kobe guard and stick with Clarkson as a PG.

Something a long those lines can be competitive.

Just hope Kobe doesn't chuck it at the same rate as this year again.

Clarkson looks like the real deal.
He is developing some good habits.
Offensively, he's making giant strides and doesn't make the same mistake twice. His mid-range game is better than any rookie I've seen in a long time. And he's not afraid to take it to the basket.

And for a rookie, he's is an okay defender. I think he has the mindset to imrpove that part of his game.
Let's give some credit to Mitch for stealing this guy on draft night in the second round.
