This is what I wanted to hear. I really want to see if Upshaw can return to his UW form

Wasn't he projected as a first rounder at one point?

No, but we nabbed him for the SL squad

First round talent for sure, off the court issues

Still young, if he puts it all together at some point no way he can't be our backup center at the very least

Time to send Sacre to Belize, he is no longer needed

Not just first round, but lottery talent. I like Brandon Ashley as well, reminds me of a raw Brandan Wright. Hell of a summer league squad to watch in a few weeks.

Nice. Realized he went undrafted and thought we'd be the perfect situation for a center seeing as we have a huge vacancy there.

Hopefully he cleans up his act and signs a camp deal after SL.

Nance and RHJ have similar agility/leaping numbers, similar wingspans, but Nance is 2 inches taller without shoes. He could end up being a very versatile option on D.

Happy with the Upshaw commitment, that is like another 2nd round draft pick. I hope we extend an offer to Alexander also

except RHJ actually is a defender already whilst Nance is certainly not (he has the potential to be, but he isn't a good defender yet)

Didn't the guy have a degenerative back issue?

Nance was a top defensive player in his conference in college.

I'm thrilled with the Upshaw signing, but if we're that excited about Upshaw why is there zero excitement about Ed Davis?

So if Robert Upshaw makes the team over Nance, then all you doubters will be right.

Because Davis wants like 7-10 million a year. Rooks are cheaper.
