“When he’s on the floor it’s like (exhales), all you hear is Kobe’s mouth. He’s on the floor all you hear is Kobe’s mouth, like during practice and games, it get loud. It get loud. A lot of people can’t handle that I guess.”

Ok, well great, Jordan... But now he's got a year left on his contract, one foot in retirement, and by all intents and purposes, the franchise has moved on.
Let it go bro.

Vocal leadership came way too late for Kobe. That role fell to the veterans throughout his career. He's only known one kind of verbal communication on the court, and that's trash-talking. Once his body and game starting slipping...

I recall Kevin Durant referring to Kobe as an "old fart" during Kobe's last Team USA stint. That never would have happened while Kobe still had the game to back up his mouth.

It's too bad Steve Nash broke so badly. As a rah-rah team guy of the highest order, Nash could have helped filled that void left by Fisher and Gasol and Odom.

The sad part is that Kobe seems to be a lot more encouraging, even sagacious, on the sidelines. Once he's in shorts and shoes, he gets those juices flowing, and unfortunately, those juices are now just piss and vinegar.

Jordan Hill, I thought you are smarter than that. Media will dig dig for you to say something to cause controversy and you fell for it. If this was really a problem, how come you did not tell Kobe this man to man when you were with the team ? Or is this more like an annoyance but you had to fall for what the media wanted you to do ?

Play a full season without getting hurt and then you can talk.

I'd never heard of "all intensive purposes" until I came to RealGM. It's like a virtual language, here.

Well, think of it this way... You've made 5 posts and like 4 of them were just links... You haven't even contributed enough to make a mistake yet.

Kind of like Hill saying Kobe talks too much...
