There is no way that Mitch or Scott could survive another tank job and even if they could whats the chances that the NBA lets the lakers have 3 lottery picks in 3 years. Mark Cuban's head would explode.

They got swept in the 1st round by the Wizards man. Im sure he is appreciated but you can't ignore his issues. Look around the NBA and the top teams. They dont have Kobe level ball stoppers that cant score like Kobe. He also is about as bad as Wade from 3. He's a solid player at best but 2nd option on a championship team? Whose the first option? Lebron? KD?

Jakay wrote:You guys are slaggin DD just a bit much here. He's actually quite good, just not suited to be "the" guy. But as a second option? Awesome. Makes his living on long twos, as well as anyone in the league. Stat heads don't like it (and people who only listen to stat-heads like gospel), but people who understand spacing do. He makes his living in the hardest area of the court to do so. It's almost odd he's not a better three ball shooter, but it really does open up the inside and the perimeter.

I think if the Raptors' fanbase actually appreciated what they had with him, he'd be heralded much more.
