Both Upshaw and Brown playing very well. I like how the PG we have pushes the ball relentlessly.

Brown had a nice game, 22/3/3. Upshaw played pretty well in the 1st half but fouled out in the 3rd quarter.

Didn't shoot the 3 ball particularly well but made some good drives to the basket. His handle is kinda shakey, lost the ball a couple of times when trying to go left.

If Tarik can't get any game time at the expense of Hibbert or Bass, I'm not sure we can expect a call up for Upshaw.

I feel like this would guarantee us #1 and also let us see what we are working with.

Upshaw is a not ready for primetime. He's missed quite a few games this year for various reasons and still looks lost even by d-league standards. He has his moments but has a long ways to go, add that Upshaw is not under contract with the Lakers..
