Walton admitted the last play was his fault. He didn't remind the players of the play clock in the time out. Tank move by Luke as well.

Another thing about Zu...and don't get it twisted I like Zu alto, but it's very possible he looked flat defensively because of the D-League assignment he did Friday.

Honestly I feel like the team can stop with that now this late in the season. Those assignments are meaningless now we know what Zu can be and what he can do.

I think that was Luke absorbing one for his player. Even if he didn't remind them...nobody had to tell them which side they were shooting on, right? Look....DLo is gonna have to wear that one. Bone-head move.

It happens. Not the end of the world. Just wear it. We all wanted the loss anyhow. Will be forgotten in 3 weeks MAX.

this game was ugly. glad we came out on top and lost. but sad that with no embiid, no simmons, no noel...and the fact that we have all our guys healthy...and still lost...very sad.

It's interesting the way he plays Zubac. I'd entertain your theory, except this isn't the first time Luke's severely limited Zubac's minutes....despite some decent numbers. Luke has pretty much had Zubac on restricion the whole time. It's almost like Luke heard some "words of wisdom" regarding big men.....and is just following it.

I'm still a big fan of Luke. I really want us to get as many losses for the rest of the season as we can. So I'm totally willing to let this keep going for now. I hope it pays off in the long run. I see alot of good things in Zubac...so let's just hope all this results in something moving forward. Perhaps Luke wants that 7'1" frame to get an "adjustment year" to the NBA? Who knows?

So far, so good. Let's all wish for good things moving forward

Ingram is a 1st round pick plain and simple. Secondly Zu was getting obliterated by Okafor. Until he gets stronger and learn how to deny certain spots in the paint....he had to sit.

Stop with these types of questions they hold no validity what so ever. No use in having Zu on the floor if he can't help the team especially when he is counted on for interior defense.

C'mon Deep... The question is 100% valid. I didn't see the third quarter so I was puzzled as to why Zubac only ended up with 19 minutes when he was playing well in the first half.

It's no question that Luke has a longer leash with Ingram. Imo draft status should not be a factor in playing time this time of year when we have seen what most of the younger players are capable of but whatever..

The younger players that didn't get as much opportunities in the beginning of the season should get more opportunities right now especially since we are out of the playoffs and hoping for more lottery balls.

Also my question was taking into account patterns that I've seen throughout the whole season. Listen, I know Zubac still needs to make a lot of improvements and needs to get stronger. Well guess what, the biggest factor for him to make those improvements is actually getting playing time and experience against NBA players. And news flash, Ingram needs to get a lot stronger as well and has benefited from his large minutes and playing time as evidenced by his improved play as of late, so why wouldn't we want the same for Zubac? What don't you understand about the development of young players???

And no Covington, who was left out for tanking purposes I assume. Covington has been our best player this year - 11th best DPRM rating this year and 39th for Wins. Only worthy player was Saric. You can't rest everybody I guess.

If your pick conveys (coin flip), you should look at Josh Jackson. He has so much intensity and brings so much on the defensive end.

Anyone else noticed JC adjusting his shots to more scoops instead of floaters? I'm impressed.

Take notes, Julius.

Clarkson with 8 assists to me is more impressive than 30 points. By far his best game

It was his decision making that stood out to me. Didn't settle for 3s when he was not making any and didn't settle for midrange Js and went hard but in control inside. Most of his assists also seemed set up and not bail out passes.

Yep, there is definitely a little salt. We want your pick this year

And I, for one, definitely felt that Brown could've done more to ensure a loss to you guys last night. But we move on. At the end of the day, it's a coin flip either way. But definitely a fantastic tanking loss for you guys, that was a playoff tank game.

And how come the Rams forum isn't linked to your board?

I understand that development doesn't happen in games but what you do off the court....players even say this.

Yes development happens off the court in the weight room and training as well. However, there's also no better teacher than getting hands on experience
