I heard police had to be called in to certain casinos right after it happened.

I hate betters of basketball anyway it's good they lost their f**king money, basketball is too unpredictable to bet on anyway.

My sentiments exactly. I never understood the logic in betting on spreads...

The Machine teaches gamblers a lesson. Don't bet on a team with The Machine in it and don't bet at all.

I was on such a hot streak in the conference finals when it came to betting. Only bet I missed was that I bet that Kobe would score over 30 in game 4 against the Spurs (ended up with 28).

Anyway, I had the 8 point spread on this game, so at least Sasha didn't cost me my stake. I did lose the profit on that bet with that shot though.

I'm kind of confused about sports betting, but just as his shot cost people money who bet on the Spurs covering the spread, doesn't it make people money who bet that they wouldn't???

ah but the article said that from data he has, 66% voted the spurs would cover. so yeah the 34% made their money, but that's a lot of losers.

Theres nothing wrong with betting you losers.

Some people who actually can manage their money can actually make a living off it.

But yes, there are a lot of suckers too. Sort of like why play poker for money? Why go gamble cash at the casinos? Why do a friendly bet on the superbowl?

BETTING IS MORE COMMON THAN YOU THINK AHOLES...don't bash it just because you don't do it.

Heck, look at this forum. Its sponsored by a BETTING SPORTSBOOK.

Sasha is just like Manu. You hate him if he's not on your team

Thats funny tho. At the time I thought it was extremely disrespectful/unclassy, but now that I read what the consequences are, its kinda funny.
