Is there another substance of drugs stronger then........CRACK ? Anybody who believes this is floating close to being legally (Please Use More Appropriate Word). And if Phil is that hard up to run his own team and not wait for the Laker opportunity then his years of blowing the wacky grass has blown is brain to the texture of grits.
