^So true. Except for the first few games, the Lakers haven't looked very strong. 8-1 is deceiving. But we just wear teams out rope-a-dope style with our bench.

Not sure if that will translate to the playoffs, however.

Phil Jackson has about until the trading deadline to test things out..

We should be able to win every game, and we should able to get some burn out of a lot of the guys on the roster.

8-1 is nice start.

Lakers could have won by 30 or more if they wanted to and Gasol and Bynum would have dropped 40/30each respectively. Bulls frontcourt really really suck and are the WORST of any teams in the NBA.

I think the 3 times that Bulls came back was combination of Rose and Lakers just taking their foot off the gas paddle/toying with Bulls.

I think you are the Best team in the West and possibly BEST overall in the NBA as well.

And yeah, Rose is every bit legit and has surpassed everything that Bulls fans expected. We thought it would take him about couple of months to adjust to the NBA (as PG is the hardest to learn in the NBA and especially with new coach and new system it would take a while) but everything just comes naturally to this guy just like how it is to Kobe/LeBron and them.

Anyways, Good Luck and I will be rooting for your team to beat Celtics in the Finals.

We definitely have to tighten up the defense (been shaky last couple games) and get Andrew consistently more touches in the low post.

Like E said though, it's hard to complain when you're 8-1.
