New GM Sim League Recruiting!

The Centre Ice Hockey Simulation League is a brand new GM Sim League using the STHS application(http://sths.simont.info/). We are starting off with blank rosters and a 45-round Inaugural Draft. The Draft order will be randomized via youtube (The order in the doc is not set).

Here are a few things to know:
- 30 team league, each run by one GM
- 45 player maximum
- Full NHL/AHL roster
- Non-cap league
- Players are rated off real life stats
- Yearly Entry Draft
- Yearly Relegation Draft
