Fields just isn't worth his contract. Williams is the most frustrating player I have ever seen in a starting lineup and in the last three years I've had to watch CJ Miles and Raja Bell. He's frustrating because he could obviously be a top 10 small forward in this league or a really good stretch four a la Thad Young, but he just doesn't appear to have any motivation to be more than sub par. Great team player, terrible value for his contract.

N: We can't nominate former players but after today's stupid trade, Kings GM Geoff Petrie has got to
be mentioned in any poll. I'd like to see a poll with the league GM's for there are plenty of stupid GM's
deserving to get fired.

I disagree with overpaid starters on a top teams(Joe Johnson/Crash/Perk) being on this list before players that hardly see the court on bad teams(Tyrus/Beins/Mike Miller*/Drew Gooden/Beasley/Ben Gordon/Richard Jefferson/Turk). Just sayin.
* I know mike miller is not on a bad team, but there are plenty of minutes to be played in MIA. Warriors are also not bad but you get my point
